Dr. Emily Forbat qualified from King’s College London with a double distinction in MBBS Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery as well as a First Class Honours in physiology, which she completed as her intercalated BSC.
She then went on to complete broad training to become a Dermatologist. During her career, Dr. Forbat has published extensively in many prestigious journals and she has also peer-reviewed papers for journals and presented at regional, national and international conferences.
Dr. Emily Forbat can be found on the GMC specialist register and is a member of the British Association of Dermatology, the British Society of Dermatology Surgery, the British Cosmetic Dermatology Group, the Royal Society of Medicine and the Joint Council for Cosmetic Practioners. She has received a diploma from the University of Manchester Faculty of Biology, Medicine and Health and British Cosmetic Dermatology Group for the completion of Injectables in Aesthetic Medicine, Level 7. She carries out cosmetic dermatology at her own private practice.
Dr. Emily Forbat is a Consultant Dermatologist, and has a substantive consultant post within the NHS. In the NHS, Dr. Emily Forbat has a specialist interest in skin cancer and dermatology surgery as well as medical dermatology including acne.
