Mr Kulkarni is a General, Vascular and Endovascular Surgeon based at Cheltenham General Hospital and Gloucester Royal Hospital and conducts Vascular Interventional list and Clinic at Great Western Hospital, Swindon. He is a Clinical Director for AAA screening programme for Gloucestershire and Swindon. Mr Kulkarni has special interest in training and education as well as research and is currently a Surgical Tutor for the higher surgical trainees in Gloucestershire. He has supervised trainees in undertaking research and quality improvement projects and has published a number of research related articles in various national AND international journals.

He offers various Varicose Vein treatments including Surgery, Endovenous Laser/radiofrequency treatments and ultrasound guided foam sclerotherapy and removal of benign skin lumps and bumps.
