CHEEK FILLER AT STRATUM CLINICS

Dermal fillers, often called “cheek fillers,” add volume to the face, lift the cheekbones, and make wrinkles and fine lines less noticeable. Because of the filler injected above and around the cheeks, the bone structure appears more defined and prominent, enhancing the overall facial contours and creating a youthful and lifted appearance. Dermal fillers can be used to outline specific parts of the hands, neck, and face, bring back the fullness of youth, and make fine lines and wrinkles less noticeable. Dermal fillers are one of the most popular cosmetic procedures for both men and women. They can give excellent results and more people are becoming aware of how important cheekbones are to the general shape of the face.

Fillers for the cheeks or cheekbones are the best way to add volume or fullness to the faces and make the bones stand out more. This procedure uses a small needle to insert hyaluronic acid into certain parts of the cheeks. Hyaluronic acid is a substance that is made naturally in the skin. It gives the skin the hard, plump look we associate with youth.

Fillers are injected into specific places on the cheeks, from the edge of the eye socket to the corner of the mouth and the ear canal. During your appointment, our aesthetic doctor will talk to you about the results you want and examine your skin to ensure the cheek fillers are injected in the right places to get the desired results. Our expert doctor will also ensure that the results match the rest of your face so that the change looks natural.

After the treatment, you’ll start seeing effects immediately, but it will take a few days for the cheek filler to settle into place completely. No recovery time is needed, but you may get bruises and swell up. It’s best not to sleep on your cheeks for the first few days after the treatment.

If you smoke or have a history of long-term health problems, cheek fillers might not be your best choice. They are also not a good idea if you have a problem with bleeding, are allergic to any fillers’ ingredients, or are pregnant or nursing.

BENEFITS OF CHEEK FILLERS

Hyaluronic acid face fillers are an excellent alternative to surgery for several reasons, such as:
  • No time to heal after treatment
  • Can be done as a walk-in, walk-out procedure
  • Results can be seen right away and last between six and twelve months.
  • Slowly build up over time to get what you want
  • Subtle, natural-looking results
  • Very minimal likelihood of infections
